RIYAA’ TERSELUBUNG

Ust. Firanda Andirja, MA,

Aamiin...

AGAR ANDA TEGAR MENGHADAPI COBAAN BERAT

Ustadz Musyaffa Ad Dariny, Lc, MA

Arti Hijab Bagi Perempuan

*For thinking*

(Qs. Al-Ahzaab: 59)

Beauty and Hijab Blogger (?)

Assalamualaikum...

Girls love to be pretty and makeup is one of the most favorite way to make them instantly gorgeous. Including me, I find that makeup is giving pleasant sensation when I put it on. When it comes to makeup, cosmetics, and beauty stuff, as a blogger who wants to increase visitor rate, reviewing them becomes another way to catch that pleasure feeling.

Really. I want to be beauty blogger who can review all beauty products I've purchased and playing around with colorful makeup like the others do. It seems to be fun of making different kinds of makeup style when I quietly spied on certain beauty group at Facebook. How fascinating... *sigh*

But as a muslim woman who has already known about the knowledge of being true muslimah, I should avoid applying too much makeup. It somehow turns out to be sin if we know the knowledge but still do it for self sake. Moreover, since Islam wonderfully protects women, showing pretty face on social medias and internet wouldn't be the right thing to do. I'm still learning to avoid that kind of published selfie on socmed.

If there are so many prohibitions explained above, how in the world can we be a beauty blogger???

I believe, along with Allah has demanded towards us as muslim women, He wants to protects us because we are the dunya's jewelry and I must obey the rule. Remember this, Allah gives His blessing to people who look for akhirah. Thus, I can still be beauty blogger by just reviewing beauty products that I purchase with my own money. No need selfie or showing off makeup on face yet still beautiful inside and outside.

Regarding hijab blogger, I don't know since it's kind of crucial these days. In my perspective, hijab refers to hijaber which means muslim woman who still concerns to fashion. Do you know hijab fashion? Sometimes they present hijab in a way of not covering chest and back as well as wearing pants in daily basis.

Okay, let's not look fashion in human and dunya's perspective, rather in Allah's perspective. I think I can be a hijab blogger of presenting modest and syar'i hijab to the world through this so little corner on my blog. I can contribute in spreading the spirit of hijab syar'i, giving them motivation and inspiration to wear taqwa clothes.

I found some beautiful Instagrammers who really captivate my heart to take on syar'i dress and khimar. It's good and fascinating seeing them sharing about Islam. Really inspiring...

Ketika Dia Meninggalkannmu...

Assalamualaikum...

Recently I found many good contents at Instagram. Certain account like @likeislam provides many motivating and uplifting pictures and articles.

I can tell I have been going through hard time where grief dries out my tears. This article quite helps me to be tough and keeps my faith to Allah azza wa jalla.

-----

Ingat kita mampu hidup belasan bahkan puluhan tahun tanpa dia. Sebelum mengenalnya kita baik2 saja.

Review: Tony Moly Cats Wink Clear Pact

Assalamualaikum...

Are you looking for a pact powder that is safe for skin? Are you addicted to cute packaging cosmetic as well? Tony Moly Cats Wink Clear Pact might be the choice!

Tony Moly Cats Wink Clear Pact
Cats Wink Clear Pact no.2, 11 gr, IDR 100.000 at Korean Cosmetic N Skincare

Coming in Cats Wink line of Tony Moly, this pact powder has the cutest pink cat head packaging that captivates girls' hearts the most. Can anyone resist this kind of packaging? I bet none!

Not only that, but also the ingredients of this powder is safe for skin and even sensitive skin since it has 5-free harsh preservatives like paraben, mineral, ethanol, benzophenone, and tar coloring. I think, we should to avoid toxic ingredients lurking in most our favorite beauty products to keep our skin and body healthy. Have you ever heard that certain chemicals cause breast cancer? Sounds terrifying, huh?

Cats Wink Clear Pact comes with a soft fluffle-puff that glides very smoothly on skin. So soft and delicate so that you don't want to stop patting it on since it's so convenient. What makes it more endearing is the print of paw and words of Cats Wink on pact. Cute!

Paw print

There is no fragrance. The smell is just plain like powder. I think this kind of powder is suitable for sensitive skin.

About the coverage, I can tell sheer to medium. It isn't able to totally cover up blemishes or imperfection unless you use BB cream or foundation before. Like other powder, it gets rid of shine on face. Staying power is pretty good, basically it depends on the condition of your skin. But it doesn't dry out your skin though.

Two points that impress me are cute packaging and free 5 chemicals.

That's all for the review. I'll be back soon with other beauty product reviews. Caobella!

Where's Your Manner?

Source: Google

Assalamualaikum...

I've been following some fashion bloggers' social media account. Few days ago, I commented on a fashion blogger's instagram whose vintage signature style. She's beautiful and I liked her style. But now, I think I don't like her anymore. Why?

I just commented about her melancholy eyes without meant to scold or say negative tone. But she replied apparently in negative way. She questioned me back whether having such eyes looked pathetic or not. The tone she wrote was irritating and without second thought I unfollowed her on instagram and twitter.

Before getting her foul reply, I was tracing her instagram. I looked that she diligently responded many negative look alike comments with sarcasm words. She even scolded them back. Moreover, she complained about instagram comment on twitter. What I thought is, ah this person is not getting ready for her fame.

Being public figure means you have to be ready and aware for being loved and hated. Anything you do, good or bad, there always be people who like and dislike. And if you respond bad comments with the same way they said to you, what make you're different to them?

The best reply for fool comments is silence. I think she doesn't deserve to be called an inspiring fashion blogger.

Review: Etude House Sweet Recipe Sliced Cake Puffs

Bismillah..
Assalamualaikum...

What's your favorite tool to apply base makeup? There are some ways to apply foundation, tinted moisturizer, BB cream, or CC cream and the easiest way is using fingertips. However, using fingers for foundation application is somehow tight, uneven, and exaggerates the pores so it ends up too much product on and feeling cakey whereas flaking off. Another choice is using foundation brush or stippling brush for more even application but sometimes it gives visible streaks. Even though most preferred application tool for base makeup is foundation brush, there are still some people, including me, who get a better job working with makeup sponges.

Makeup sponge works as oiliness control in makeup because it absorbs makeup, thus it is suitable for those who have oily skin. Moreover, it can be used both dry  for more covering finish and wet providing more gentle and natural makeup. Although disposable, we can cleanse the sponge with neutral soap or brush cleanser to cut off our budget in buying new sponges. Different shapes of makeup sponge are also available like round, rectangular, egg-shaped and wedge-shaped sponges which define what coverage we are looking for. The thing that is less noticed is the material which is differentiated into latex and latex-free. The material of makeup sponges might be a big concern for people who have allergy to latex.

Talking about makeup sponges, today's review is Etude House Sweet Recipe Sliced Cake Puffs. Even though the name is puff, it actually is sliced-cake-shaped sponges which are designed to apply liquid makeup like foundation or concealer. On the other hand, puff is supposed to be used as powder products application. Nonetheless, these Etude House sponges called puffs are suitable for both liquid and powder makeup products. We are smart girls must not be confined by the name and function of certain product, as long as it can be a double function, go for it.

Etude House Sweet Recipe Sliced Cake Puffs
First, let's talk about the packaging. Etude House is always princess-y in heart and their products are apparently designed to sweet pinky girls. Who don't like the cute packaging of Etude House always offers? I think they are genius in mesmerizing the girls. Lacey and creamy drawing with pink plastic seal is all what you would call cute. Etude House Sweet Recipe Sliced Cake Puffs, which was launched in Sweet Recipe line, comes in a round sponge that is sliced to eight pieces packed in clear plastic glass container. My consideration before buying this was the container as I need sponges with its place to keep them hygienic. It would be scary how our precious skin deals with bacteria of used-sponges which is kept in somewhere that might be unhygienic since our stash is filled with many makeup products.

Made from high quality SBR latex, these makeup sponges is entrusted to help base makeup glides smoothly to express moist and soft skin. SBR stands for styrene-butadiene rubber, a kind of synthetic rubbers which have good abrasion resistance and good aging stability when protected by additives. In sum, this Sliced Cake Puffs is kind of makeup sponges that have long durability. Less deterioration and last-longer. Since the material is SBR latex, this sponge is not for latex allergy.

description
The slices are intertwined to each other so we don't need to feel worry of scattering when it falls off. Each slice has triangle shape. The pointy tip can reach around nose, mouth, and eyes while wide base is used on forehead, cheeks, and chin. These eight slices can be differentiated to makeup usages for more clean application. For example, a slice is for makeup base, another is for foundation and concealer, take another one for powder, and give a chance for a slice to apply cream blusher. Efficient, right? Eight slices are more than enough because we can cleanse them with brush and sponge cleanser.

Generally, makeup sponges absorb more product than when use fingertips or brush, therefore it provides light natural application. Sliced Cake Puffs work like usual makeup sponges, I couldn't find the difference of using this. What I like is base makeup application becomes more even and smoother compared by using fingertips. I used to use fingertips to apply BB cream and sometimes it ended up uneven on which whiter patch than other was found. I personally like using makeup sponge better than brush and fingertips.

PROS:
  1. Eight slices are more than enough to apply different kinds of liquid and cream makeup products.
  2. Made from SBR latex which is more durable.
  3. Comes with container to keep the sponges hygienic.
  4. Cute packaging.
  5. Pointy tips of triangle shape reach detail areas like around nose, mouth, and eyes.
  6. Can be used both dry and wet.
  7. Give moist and smooth application.
  8. Inexpensive price IDR 37000 at Korean Cosmetic N Skincare for branded eight pieces of sponge.
CONS:
none

For girls who have oily type of skin yet need moisturized with even and smooth base application plus affordable price, Etude House Sweet Recipe Sliced Cake Puffs is the ultimate choice of makeup sponge for you! Have a nice day...

Hijab and Makeup

Bismillah...
Assalamualaikum...

I loved putting makeup and playing around with eyeshadow colors on my eyes. Some photos were posted in around 2011. When I started wearing hijab, I decided to sell my Coastal Scent eyeshadow and blush palette and brush set. At that moment I thought I wouldn't put any heavy bold makeup on anymore since it leads to tabarruj, although I put on makeup for having fun and to not go out, hang out, or for daily campus basis. My plan was buying the new cosmetics that are appropriate for natural makeup such as highlighter or contour to make a dimension to face. But I ended up buying the more important stuffs.

Surely, makeup is still essential, moreover when I graduated. Eyeshadow and brushes were needed to create my desired look because the traditional Javanese wedding makeup artist was suck. Just a lesson to not have makeup do to traditional wedding salon. I thought I ought to buy my makeup kit from zero, started from eyeshadow palette (no more CS due to the smell), brush set, and blusher too. But?

I don't know, I think I don't really need it. What I need is buying veil, maxi skirt, and abaya. And still, it stumps me. I am just stingy to spend my money to both makeup and hijab attire. Ohya, almost forget, I should splurge more on good foundation or BB cream because good base makeup for flawless canvas is staple for my blemished skin. Can you guess next? Yes! Again, still stingy to spend my money on as I don't need it at the moment.

Saving money is more important. And sparing a little (or much?) amount of penny to people who have low income is tactful decision. If someday I need makeup for special occasion, I have my savings and I will immediately buy those stuffs.

#Hijab of The Day

Allah honored and dignified us with the command to wear hijab. Let's do our best to "perfect" our hijab; attracting attention and drawing admiration with our hijab was never the point. And the closer we are in obeying the word of Allah, the higher we rise in respect and honor, in front of Allah and in front of others, and even in front of ourselves.

Islam and Hijabis

Bismillah..
Assalamualaikum...

Indonesia is occupied predominantly by Muslim society. While in some countries where muslim is minority, it is a little bit hard to feel free worshiping and wearing hijab without skepticism. Sometimes a muslim has to let his family go because they can't accept him professing Islam which is generally stereotyped as terrorism. It happens because they haven't known the real Islam yet. May Allah bless them with lot of hidayah...

I found interesting articles about muslim women in America and how UCLA students define Islam. It's amazing knowing that minority muslim and muslim women ultimately speak and show their stance in Islam. Subhanallah...

First is Marwa Atik, a fashion-conscious muslim woman who established her scarves as one of fashion statement for hijabis, who was interviewed by Marie Claire magazine. You can read the article here.

Do you want to know my respond toward Marwa Atik's interview? :)

First off, I really appreciate the work of Marwa Atik who brings up hijab into something that can be summed up into two words: modesty and stylish. We all as muslim women should support our sisters out there to present that hijab is not restricted and it's so comfortable to don. Even though in the process, there are some misunderstanding of how we dress properly based on Quran and Sunnah.

I can see the environment there in America and it's genuine why Marwa Atik is a bit influenced by the culture. Fashion is staple for western women, including here in Indonesia for some. They like to keep updated with the latest fashion trend, mix and match many patterns, materials, and colors. Fashion is something that makes them look stunning and self-identified. Their quote might be: THE MORE THE MERRIER. The more they wear pieces from head to toe into their outfits, it's called stylish and fashionable even though they have to reveal little or much skin.

I remember what Ustadz Felix Siauw said that muslim can be sidetracked by 3F: Food, Fashion, and Fun. I understand how fashion modifies the proper hijab that is required to be not only modesty, but also wide and large so it's not worn tightly. The quote must be changed to: LESS IS MORE. Why we have to dress up too much while Allah 'Azza wa Jalla loves the simplicity? Do we dress up to catch people's attention or Allah Ta'ala?

Islam is a religion that brings lot of peace and wisdom. Everything has been regulated and, as muslim, we must obey Allah's rules. By obeying Him, insha Allah it gets us closer to Jannah... Aamiin allahuma aamiin... To read UCLA students' view of Islam, you can click here.

Subhanallah... I feel proud to be muslim woman... Do you so? :)

Girls' Generation MV: Mr. Mr.

Bismillah...
Assalamualaikum...

Have you watch the newest MV of Girls' Generation, Mr.Mr.? What do you think?

Yoona is my bias and my opinion of her look in their new MV is... IMHO, Yoona is not suitable for fierce mature look. Makeup for Mr.Mr. image is mature, fierce, and bold with dominant bold eye makeup, strong cat eyes, and pink-red lip color. For me, Yoona is not belong to that look, it always fails. Remember I Got A Boy promotional photos? Yoona had ombre hair, blue contact lens, and fierce look. I think it didn't put her best face forward.

In my thought, Yoona is an portrait of innocent college girl. Idk, maybe because of her role in dramas. However, her face is always innocent and baby-like. That's why she becomes CF of natural cosmetic brand Innisfree. Regardless, Yoona is pretty as always ♥

About the concept of Mr.Mr. MV, the nine goddesses play as nurses wearing pink outfits. Look at the properties, diamond and full of bling. Even the heart displayed on glass box is made by crystal glass. It represents SNSD's glamorous and elegant image. I love pink and Girls' Generation. Now I know why I am into them, full of pink, girly thing, and lot of cheers.

Confined Budget

Bismillah...
Assalamualaikum...

I'm a beauty junkie who wear hijab as well. I'm in the process of progressing of completing my hijab to the more syar'i one while my passion leads to the temptation of buying makeup stuffs that are actually not really needed at the moment.

Tight budget? Definitely yes! My budget is always torn to hijab attire and makeup/skincare. As you know, hijab is not what you'd call 'cheap', it's kind of you need extra splurge on. After immersed to makeup, believe me, lipstick and powder are not enough, you will find a way to buy more and more.

Okay okay, I won't ramble. It's time to spare a little more space to give money to the others who have low income. You know? There are so many people out there striving to survive by powerfully working from dawn to twilight. How much they've worked, the income is not enough to fulfill daily needs like meals, school fee, health cost, and so on.

Think about it. We like to buy cosmetics cost around above IDR *00K, while they earn, for instance, 150K a month. I think I need to tame my wild temptation over makeup and ensure myself that my makeup collection is what I really need.

Giving to the others is not a thing that can be calculated with mathematics. It's all about empathy, devotion, and care. God has entrusted money to us to be shared to those who need it. You may be selfish but not that long, it's time to share ♥

Review: Innisfree Black Head Good-Bye Finger Tip Silicon

Bismillah..
Assalamualaikum...

Both blackhead and whitehead, I bet, are bugging because they not only make skin feels rough, but also lead to pimples. Blackheads are clogged pores caused by excess oil that mix with dead skin cells. Whiteheads are simply comedones that have skin growing over the opening. Black and whiteheads are usually caused by using makeup and hair products that contain oil or from excessive sweating and humidity. (Source)

To get rid of blackheads, exfoliating is definitely needed after cleansing. However, exfoliating is not enough, there should be another additional tool to remove blackheads such as blackhead extractor or pore brush. Blackhead finger tip silicon can be a choice to help you to get over blackhead issue and today I'm gonna show you a review of the super inexpensive Innisfree Black Head Good-Bye Finger Tip Silicon.

Innisfree Black Head Good-Bye Finger Tip Silicon

Written in hangeul
It comes with two finger tip silicons that can be used on both middle fingers. As the name implies, this blackhead picker is made of soft and elastic skin-friendly silicon so it will not injure and irritate the skin. A finger tip silicon has two sides, striped side and comb/brush side.

Striped side
The striped side is supposed, in my perspective and opinion since all description is written in hangeul, to suppress the skin so that the protruding ribs pull out blackheads. Do it gently or your skin gets irritated.

Brush side

Another side is like a brush or comb to sweep the dead skin cells and blackheads. The filaments are quite long and not that compact, therefore, when I use it, it's more like wiping off instead of pulling out.

How to use (in my version and perspective):
  1. When washing or rubbing, use finger tip silicon on each middle finger.
  2. Gently rub out the nose or the area you want to clean.
  3. Use striped side of the silicon to remove blackheads. Then, use brush side to brush off the remaining blackheads and dead skin cells.
  4. Rinse off finger tip silicon with water after use.

♥ REVIEW:
I couldn't see this tool eliminate blackheads as I don't have serious problematic blackheads :p hehe... My concern is whiteheads or white dead skin cells around nose and chin, how much I've exfoliated, they are seemingly over-productive and pop up so often. Whuaaa...it's so annoying! Even this Innisfree finger tip silicon actually can't help much to slough off my whiteheads. Nonetheless, after using this, my skin becomes smoother. I swear! Instead of removing comedones, I think it's well considered to dispose of dead skin cells. I would recommend to pair it with facial scrub since the beads can cleanse deeply into the pores.

Pros:
Cons:
  • Nothing to do with my whiteheads
  • I can't proof whether it works to blackheads or not. I'm sorry...
Anyway,  I couldn't capture photos of how finger tip silicon worked. If you're in tight or college-student-budget and haven't been able to afford buying the expensive pore brush yet, this tool from Innisfree could be an alternative, at least to prevent further comedonal problem.

That's all for today's review, hope you enjoy and take care... Muah...

My Favorite Shops That Provide Hijab Syar'i

Bismillah...

Assalamualaikum...

Allah subhanallahu wa taala has ordered us muslim women to wear hijab. As the ones who obey His rule, we want to complete our hijab to be syar'i which is in mutual accord with al Quran and as Sunnah. Hijab syar'i must be wide, long, and simple, and is supposed to cover our chest. If you're still in modern stylish hijab, just make sure to simplify the model and cover up your chest and back. For more detail, please read surah An Nur: 31 about khimar or veil and Al Ahzab: 33 about hijab.

Hijab syar'i

Here I want to share my favorite shops that provide hijab syar'i attire. I pick up these shops according to my sense of style and characteristic.
  1. Hijab Alila. It sells regular syar'i hijab and veil. No spectacular model on its product but about comfortableness I give five out stars. It can be a perfect choice if we want to learn how to wear hijab syar'i.
  2. Miss Marina. It is my most favorite brand. I'm in love with its veil, syar'i yet modern.
  3. House of Nabilia. The second designer brand that I found launched their super large shawls.
I'll be reviewing their products asap. Wohoo, I'm so excited that I can review hijab attire on my blog. There are other brands out there which sells hijab dan khimar syar'i but still, my favorites are those that I've mentioned above. They're soooooooo me...

Thank you and please look forward to reading my hijab review posts... Have a nice day everyone~

Heartbreak Pushes Us To Allah

Bismillah...

Assalamualaikum...

People were wondering why I changed much, from the appearance on which I started to wear hijab to the way I shared about Islam and its knowledge. Some of them blatantly told and gave their appreciation toward my alteration. Even my thesis examiner asked me the reason why I changed that lot. When he asked me this question, I started crying inside even though my eyes couldn't lie that I was crying (I hope Mr. R had never noticed it). It's so touching knowing people care of me.

There are some stages where I couldn't handle my sadness and it lead me to go back to Allah because no one can help except Him. I'd experienced deep despair long before this and I was too coward to face that tortuous event so that I decided to commit suicide. Now, although I'm also going through up-down of deen, I'm trying to be tough and keep tawaqal. Bismillahrirohmannirohim... Allah had written my fate and I have to believe in everything that happens in my life is the best of His way to lead me to the eternal happiness.

  • Could have saved money and given any to the others.
  • Unemployed means no burdensome of thesis and graduation, but getting a job becomes such a serious thing to be thought.
  • Quit from blog/online shop giveaway. It sucks never win at least once.

Inspiring Women on Net

Bismillah...

Assalamualaikum...

I can tell I'm such a weirdo. Yeah, most people, either they're friends, family, or even a boyfriend, said I'm weird or illogical. But, weird means different, doesn't it? Hahaha... Talking the term of weird here is when most girls out there have overwhelming feeling toward a particular male celebrity, artist, or band, I adore female artist instead of male. Idk why I don't have a devotion to K-Pop boy band since I'm enjoying watching girl band performance, especially Girls' Generation, the only girl band I'm awing.

Are you an internet addict like me? If you are, I believe you have known these awesome public figures who are gaining their popularity through internet. And these women are so inspiring to me, I really adore them. Who are they? Michelle Phan and Diana Rikasari. I came across many websites, blogs, and vblogs, and I finally found Michelle and Diana who really captivated me the most among other beauty gurus and fashion bloggers and make me addict to visit their sites. The term of inspiring itself means through their good personalities, works, and thoughts, they give positivity to either readers or viewers. Why do I choose Michelle Phan and Diana Rikasari as the inspiring women in my version? So, let's dig it out...

First is Michelle Phan, a youtube beauty guru. I got acquainted with her when Maybelline page on Facebook shared her video using Maybelline products. From one video I watched, I became curious about makeup and tried to browse more her videos. Then, I downloaded all her makeup tutorial videos and have been watching them over and over. You know what? Watching tutorial videos of Michelle Phan doesn't make me bored, it's fun and full of new innovation. Not only having beautiful face, but also beautiful voice, Michelle makes every of her video looks interesting and irresistible. She is getting famous because, at that time, makeup tutorial video with voice over was rarely found. If you're following Michelle's twitter, facebook, and instagram, she earnestly shares many inspiring quotes, thoughts, and projects. I think there's no prosaic videos that she made, moreover, her videos become so much sophisticated and cool.

Michelle Phan

I've ever read her interview with Vogue magazine. She told her favorite eyeshadow colors for eye makeup which is combination of gold and purple. Yeah, we've already known some of her tutorials using those colors for party makeup. Ohya, do you know her signature quote? If all else fails, just laugh/smile. She impulsively tried to convince us not to stress out over something that didn't work out, we face life-altering events and we should be ready for hurdles. When life hits you, just laugh.

Okay, I'm not the one who are following whole of her makeup style since American makeup seems to be bold while I praise super mega natural one. I enjoy watching her videos, a lot. Lately I'm a bit disappointed with the rumor that she had chin implant. As you've noticed, her chin became so pointy. It's kind of obnoxious fact knowing her face often changes in some episodes. I actually prefer her natural face without changing any parts of her face. Regardless, I still love her as my inspiring woman in beauty. Now, she has her own makeup line named EM Cosmetics, a representation of girls empowering and inspiring the make of this makeup line.

Second is Diana Rikasari, a fashion blogger. She built her fame by blogging in which she shares her styles and fashion stuff. Not only that, but also many quotes, life lessons, and inspiration writings can be found on her blog. She's also good in designing, thus she has shoes shop concerning to wedges and high heels named UP. I've ever ordered some wedges there, it's tangible that the wedges are so comfort to wear and light. Okay, so why am I immersed into her blog? Her signature style is sooooo me. Full of color, cheerful, childish-apparent which match to my characteristics. Hahaha... It looks clowny, yet alluring. Her outfits, accessories, and other fashion stuffs are unique and ridiculous. I'm in love. Unlike other fashion bloggers who passionately post only her style and photographs, Diana likes to interject inspiring quotes and personal life. I learned many on her blog, reading every post is such a fun journey to comprehend. Therefore, I cling to her only as fashion blogger and never throw a glance at other fashion bloggers.

Diana Rikasari

Again, if you're following her twitter, she likes to tweet inspiring thoughts, and her Instagram shows many beautiful portraits. When I was not in hijab, I used to follow the way she dresses up which includes colorful tights, mini skirt, mini dress, big excellent accessories like big bow and flower. It's so me, you know? Diana has ever said that style is very personal and we have to be confident of how we dress up. As long as it's not harmful to others, there's no need to feel worry about anything else. In addition, it's such a tactful suggestion that we should not judge people from the outfits they take on, again, it's personal. If we revile their styles, then, we mock their characteristics and lives. I'm pro with Diana. However, I've worn hijab and don't comply her style ever since. But I still love her, love the way she dresses up, mix-matching her outfits from head to matching foot wear, love the way how she totally spruces up, love the way she shares many inspiring contents on blog, including the experience of going through her business in fashion retail. I exuberantly get inspired by Diana Rikasari, a fashion blogger of Hot Chocolate and Mint.

Thank you so much to my inspiring women, Michelle Phan and Diana Rikasari. We've never officially met, but I'm sure both of you are more beautiful in person. Though internet where every part of the world is nudged, you give many positivity, enjoyment, and inspiration to us, your readers and viewers. Hope you're never weary to make another inspiring innovation to be blown away.

XOXO
Monica

Quote of The Day

"Forgiving does not erase the bitter past. A healed memory is not a deleted memory. Instead, forgiving what we cannot forget creates a new way to remember. We change the memory of our past into a hope for our future."

Aamiin...

Waiting for (You) Mr Right..

It is only a matter of time...
